Article 1 (Applicability)

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") establish the terms of use for the services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the provider (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") on this app (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). Users shall agree to these Terms and use the Service.

Article 2 (User Registration)

1. Users may be required to register in order to use the Service.
2. User registration shall be conducted in the manner specified by the App, and users shall provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

Article 3 (Prohibited Actions)

Users shall not engage in the following actions when using the Service:

• Actions that obstruct the operation of the Service
• Actions that infringe upon the rights of other users, third parties, or the Provider
• Other actions deemed inappropriate by the Provider

Article 4 (Suspension of Service Provision, etc.)

1. The Provider may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to users if any of the following reasons are determined:
   • Maintenance, inspection, or updating of facilities for the Service
   • Natural disasters such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or other force majeure events that make it difficult to provide the Service
   • Other reasons determined by the Provider to make it difficult to provide the Service
2. The Provider shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users or third parties as a result of the suspension or interruption of the Service.
